Some appointments are held with a deposit of $5. A deposit is deducted from the price of your appointment — it is not an extra charge.
You are asked for one if you have missed appointments without telling us. Once you have kept 3 appointments in a row, you are no longer asked.
Cancelling
Cancel more than 1 hour(s) before your appointment and any deposit is refunded in full, or carried to your next booking — your choice.
Cancel inside that window, or do not arrive, and the deposit may be kept to cover the time that was held for you and could not be filled.
Moving an appointment
Moving to another time keeps your deposit against the new appointment. There is no charge for changing your time.
If the deposit does not arrive
An appointment held for a deposit is released automatically after 12 hours if we have not received it, and you will be told. Nothing is charged to you — the slot simply becomes available again.
If we cancel
If Beirut Barber Co. has to cancel — illness, a power cut, anything else — your deposit is returned in full, or moved to a new appointment if you prefer.
