Your clients book themselves.
You just cut hair.

It answers on the WhatsApp you already use, shows your real free times, books them, and reminds everyone the day before.

The barber's screen

Really works — type bokra el 3asr, beard tomorrow, how much, or cancel. Watch the barber's screen update as you book.

Five moments, one appointment

One message on WhatsApp checks the diary that is actually true, holds the slot before anyone else can, reminds them the day before, and nobody ever picks up the phone.

How it works

One message in. One appointment out.

Nothing changes for your client. They write the way they always have.

11:42Wednesday

They write however they write

Arabic, English, French, franco. Typos, voice-note spelling, "you free after 5?" — it works out what they mean.

11:42same second

It shows your real gaps

Not a form. The actual openings in your day, allowing for how long each service takes.

11:43one minute later

They tap, it's booked

Confirmed instantly. Two people can never take the same slot. You get a message.

18:00day before

It reminds them

With a button to move it — so the slot comes back to you the night before, not after they no-show.

Everything it does

Eight small jobs. One WhatsApp number.

Turn the wheel to see each one.

Why the reminder pays for it

An empty chair on Saturday is the whole hour's money.

Nobody remembers to message every client the night before, every night. It does.

    up to 20%
No-show rate at shops still on pen and paper
    29–40%
Fewer no-shows once reminders go out automatically
    24h
Warning — early enough to fill the slot again

    Under the hood

    One message in.
    One paid haircut out.

Five stations on one WhatsApp number. Turn it, or tap a station to see what it does.

    Building the machine

    You stay in control

It works for you, not instead of you.

    Answer anyone yourself

Reply by hand and it goes quiet in that chat for a few hours. It never talks over you.

    Block off your time

One message — "block tomorrow 2 to 4" — and nobody can book it.

    It's your shop's name

Your name and your photo on a WhatsApp number of its own. Clients see the shop they know.

    Your week on one screen

Who's coming, when, for what. Open it between clients.

    It asks instead of guessing

When a message doesn't make sense, it stops and tells you rather than booking the wrong thing.

    Nothing to install

Not for you, not for your clients. It runs on the number you already give people.

    Booked while
    you sleep.

    1:12 a.m. · Friday 2:30 PM, taken

    While you were cutting

    Nine people booked.
    The phone never rang once.

Times offered from your own diary, reminders the night before, and anyone who missed twice asked for a deposit — on the WhatsApp number that's already on your sign.

    Questions

    What barbers ask first.

    Do I lose my WhatsApp?

No. Your own number, chats and app stay exactly as they are. On every plan your bookings come in on a WhatsApp number we set up for your shop, at no extra cost. If you'd rather use your existing WhatsApp Business number, ask us: we check first whether that works for your number, before anything changes.

What if it says something stupid to a client?

It only does three things — shows times, books them, reminds people. When it isn't sure, it stops and messages you instead of guessing.

    Do I get a website?

Yes, on every plan, for the same price. Your shop gets its own booking page with a link and a QR code, plus a dashboard where you see your diary and chats and change your hours and prices.

Do my clients need an app?

No. They message you exactly the way they do today. Most won't notice anything changed except that you answer instantly.

What do you need to set it up?

Your hours, your prices and your Facebook login. I sit with you and set up the rest.

    Can I still take walk-ins?

Of course. Block the time, or just carry on — it only fills the gaps you leave open.

    Who sees my clients' numbers?

Only you. Each shop runs on its own separate system with its own password. No shop can see another's clients.
